After completing a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering at the Ecole Central Lyon with the last year at Cornell University, Mr. Visage started his career in an environmental consulting company in San Francisco. With his passion for the Internet and programming, he developed several softwares for this company and finally decided to switch from civil to software engineering.
He will discuss with us today his first start-up experience which was in a photo-sharing company that was subsequently acquired by Sony. He will also talk about how keeping in touch with former colleagues can change your life, as one of them introduced him to the initiator of Eventbrite. Mr. Visage is now in charge of international expansion for Eventbrite which gives him the opportunity to spend more time in Europe and France.
